§ 01 – What stays

A planned move. A familiar address.

We agree what moves and how it works before changing the live site. Your content and domain stay under your control.

WordPress themes, plugins and custom code do not automatically transfer. A standard site uses supported RC sections, your content and a contact form; stores, memberships, logins, bespoke booking and integrations need an agreed solution and a separate quote when outside the standard scope. Discuss a feature before choosing a plan.

01

Your pages and content

Map your pages and reuse permitted copy and images. The standard plan has no page limit and includes one standard contact form; very large archives need a separate migration scope.

02

Your domain and email

Keep the domain with its current registrar. Review the exact DNS changes separately from website approval. Existing mailbox records are preserved; mailbox migration and business email are separate services.

03

Your links and search setup

Keep page addresses where supported, and plan redirects for agreed changed addresses. Review titles, descriptions, sitemap and crawl settings. Search rankings and traffic are never guaranteed.

04

A preview before anything goes live

Keep your old site available while we prepare a separate preview. Check the pages, forms and links, then approve the exact version and the domain switch. Retain old hosting and backups until the move is checked.

§ 02 – How it moves

What happens after you pay.

These times come from your website agreement. We prepare the new site while your old site and email keep working.

  1. At checkout

    You choose a plan

Tell us a little about your business, then pay securely with Stripe.

  2. 01Within 24 hours of payment

    We contact you

A team member contacts you within 24 hours of confirmed payment, even if your brief isn’t finished yet.

  3. 02Target: 3 business days

    Your first draft

Our target for your first draft is three business days after your brief, content and required access are complete. We show you anything missing and the due date.

  4. 03Within 24 hours of notes

    Your corrections

Send your notes together. We return in-scope corrections within 24 hours once your notes and any content or access we need are complete.

  5. 04Only with your approval

    You approve the launch

Nothing goes live until you approve the site. You approve the domain change separately.

A business day is Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Chicago time, excluding observed US federal holidays. 24 hours means 24 elapsed hours, weekends and holidays included. The first-draft date is a target, not a launch date. Read the timing terms.

§ 03 – After the move

The upkeep is ours. The edits can be yours.

No more WordPress core, theme or plugin updates to run, and no WordPress plugins to break after an update.

Built and looked after by the Robles Consulting team. A team member contacts you within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

Included in every plan

Edit it yourself too.

Every plan includes your site admin, with a visual page editor and a blog. Change a page and publish it when you’re ready. We still handle the hosting and technical upkeep.

Where to find it: Admin, then Pages, then Edit page

§ 06 – Before the move

Your website. Your questions.

Will you copy my WordPress installation?

We recreate the agreed website using supported RC Framework sections and your permitted content. We do not promise to import WordPress code, themes, plugins or an arbitrary database unchanged. There is no page limit, and one standard contact form is included. We review unsupported features and quote any extra work before you approve it.

When do I pay, and can I cancel?

Your first payment is due at checkout, before work begins. Your plan then renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel future renewal online: sign in to website billing with your purchase email. No call is needed, and your service continues through the period you have paid for. Prices are per website in USD, with applicable tax included, for US customers. There is no standard setup fee, free trial or annual commitment.

What if RC cannot deliver my site?

If we cannot deliver the website you bought, we refund the payments for it and stop future charges. If we cannot provide an included service in a later paid month, we resolve it with you or refund that month’s plan charge. If a delay on our side holds up your first draft, we do not let the next charge go ahead just because the work is still open. Someone on our team responds to a delivery problem within 24 hours.

Can I keep my pages, photos and website address?

Yes, within the agreed scope and your rights to the content. Keep the domain in your account. We map the pages being moved, reuse permitted copy/images and plan redirects for changed page addresses where supported. Larger content migrations need separate scope; we do not promise to reproduce an unlimited archive in the standard plan.

What happens to my old website during the move?

Keep it available while we prepare a separate preview. Review the included pages, forms and links before approving publication. The domain switch needs its own approval of the exact proposed changes. Keep your old hosting and backups until the new site has been checked and you are ready to retire the old service.

Can I edit the website myself?

Yes. Every plan includes your site admin, with a visual page editor and a blog. Change a page and publish it when you’re ready. We still handle the hosting and technical upkeep.

What happens to WordPress plugins or custom features?

A supported embed or standard form may replace a simple feature. Shops, memberships, logins, bespoke booking systems and integrations need an agreed solution and separate quote when outside the standard scope. We explain what carries over, what changes and what is separate before implementing additional work.

Do I need a free review before buying?

No. Choose Managed, Managed+ or Autopilot and pay through the selected-plan checkout, then provide your website brief. Optional help is available if you need to discuss a custom feature or scope first. A help request does not buy a subscription or authorize a domain change.

Will migration preserve my search rankings?

We include baseline page titles, descriptions, sitemap and crawl settings, and review supported redirects for changed addresses. Search engines decide indexing and rankings; a rebuild is not a guarantee of traffic, leads or a particular position. The preview and launch checks record what was actually verified.

Can I keep my domain and email?

Yes. Your existing domain can stay with its current registrar. We prepare the website while your old site and email continue working, then show the exact proposed domain change for your approval. We preserve existing email settings. Business email and mailbox migration are separate services.

What if I need a new domain?

After website payment, we help you choose and purchase a domain directly through Cloudflare in an account you control. We show the initial price and annual renewal price before you approve a purchase. Domain charges are separate from the website plan. Account setup, verification and payment may need guided steps; buying the website does not purchase a domain automatically.

What do I own, and can another developer take over?

You own your domain and supplied content. Once your completed paid website is delivered, you receive perpetual rights to use, modify and let another developer operate that website’s supplied code and runtime. You can download a working package with permitted assets, data and instructions for supported Cloudflare hosting in your own account. RC retains ownership of the reusable Framework; the license is for your website, not unrelated sites.

Is there an export fee or a deadline?

There is no export or exit fee, and no 12-month wait for a delivered website’s license. Keep a copy outside RC. When service ends, downloads remain available for 30 elapsed days; request help within that window and we provide the export within three business days after verifying ownership. A timely request stays open until fulfilled. The deadline does not expire a retained copy or its license. Future hosting, support and updates are separate, and optional migration labor is quoted separately. You do not need the $599 self-hosted service to export a delivered subscription site.

Keep moving forward.

Choose the website plan that fits the ongoing help you need. Billing starts at checkout. Your preview and domain switch require approval.
