Two small requests per paid billing month are included in $39. Each uses one existing page and its current layout.
Initial draft corrections, RC defects and your annual refresh have their own scope. They do not use your content requests.

What counts as a small content request?
One request covers up to three related text, photo, link or opening-hours edits on one existing page using its current layout. Send the final wording, image files and links with your instructions. New pages, redesigns, integrations and original long-form copy need a separate scope and price.
Can I send both requests at once?
You can submit both, but one request is active per website at a time. Your account shows the allowance remaining, what is active, what is waiting and when the active request is due. The second request’s clock starts when it becomes active and its inputs are complete. We do not use an internal queue to hide an active request’s deadline.
How long does a change take?
An eligible routine request is due within two business days after its content and access are complete and it becomes active. Business days count 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday–Friday in Chicago, excluding observed US federal holidays. We show missing inputs and any affected pause. Our staffing delays do not pause your clock. You review the preview before publication.
Do unused requests roll over?
No. Two small requests are included each paid billing month; unused requests expire at that period’s end and are not cash credits. A complete, in-scope request submitted in time keeps its place until completed or withdrawn without using another month’s allowance. An incomplete draft does not bank an expired month’s allowance. Withdrawing an unstarted request restores the slot for its original period only.
Does fixing an RC mistake use a request?
No. RC-caused defects, initial in-scope draft corrections and the included annual refresh are separate from your two content requests. Initial in-scope draft corrections are returned within 24 elapsed hours once your notes and required content or access are complete.
Do I need a website already?
No. The standard website is included in your $39 plan: up to five public pages, your text and images, one standard contact form, supported embeds, hosting, HTTPS, technical upkeep and baseline search/accessibility setup. Start fresh, replace a site from any platform or bring an unfinished AI draft. We assess draft code for reuse within the same scope.
When do I pay, and what else costs extra?
Your first $39 payment is due at checkout before work begins. The plan renews monthly until you cancel, with no standard setup fee, free trial or annual commitment. The price is per website in USD and includes applicable tax; plans are for US customers. Domain registration/renewal, mailboxes, custom software, extra pages, paid third-party services and other out-of-scope work are separate.
Can I change plans or cancel later?
Yes. Review the exact charge before confirming an immediate upgrade. A downgrade takes effect at the next billing period. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal and keeps service through the paid period. You retain the delivered website’s license and can export it under the terms below.
Can I keep my domain and email?
Yes. Your existing domain can stay with its current registrar. We prepare the website while your old site and email continue working, then show the exact proposed domain change for your approval. We preserve existing email settings. Business email and mailbox migration are separate services.
What if I need a new domain?
After website payment, we help you choose and purchase a domain directly through Cloudflare in an account you control. We show the initial price and annual renewal price before you approve a purchase. Domain charges are separate from the website plan. Account setup, verification and payment may need guided steps; buying the website does not purchase a domain automatically.
What if RC cannot deliver the purchased service?
We contact you within 24 hours of a reported delivery problem. If RC cannot deliver the purchased service, we refund it and stop future renewal. If an RC-caused initial delivery failure remains unresolved before the next charge, we stop collection while we resolve or refund it. The website agreement explains the full recovery process.
What do I own, and can another developer take over?
You own your domain and supplied content. Once your completed paid website is delivered, you receive perpetual rights to use, modify and let another developer operate that website’s supplied code and runtime. You can download a working package with permitted assets, data and instructions for supported Cloudflare hosting in your own account. RC retains ownership of the reusable Framework; the license is for your website, not unrelated sites.
Is there an export fee or a deadline?
There is no export or exit fee, and no 12-month wait for a delivered website’s license. Keep a copy outside RC. When service ends, downloads remain available for 30 elapsed days; request help within that window and we provide the export within three business days after verifying ownership. A timely request stays open until fulfilled. The deadline does not expire a retained copy or its license. Future hosting, support and updates are separate, and optional migration labor is quoted separately. You do not need the $599 self-hosted service to export a delivered subscription site.
