Website subscription terms
Effective September 9, 2026. These terms apply to the Robles Website subscription, separately from consulting sessions.
Your subscription
$20 USD is charged when you subscribe and every month afterward until you cancel. There is no setup fee, trial or annual commitment. Your subscription begins at checkout, before design or migration work starts.
What’s included
One standard business website and its managed hosting, HTTPS, mobile layout and technical upkeep. You may start a new website, replace a website from any platform or bring an unfinished draft. Provide content and access you have the right to use.
Domain registration, business email, paid third-party services, ecommerce, membership systems, customer portals and custom software are separate. We will explain and ask you to approve any additional price before doing that work.
Working together
After checkout, send your website brief. Our team will reach out within 24 hours. You review a draft before launch. Send consolidated draft feedback and we return corrections within 24 hours. Additional features outside the agreed standard site require separate scope.
Your domain remains yours. We prepare changes while your existing website stays live and request approval before switching it. We do not purchase a domain or change DNS just because you submit the brief.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel future renewals through billing management or contact our team before your next renewal. Service continues through the period already paid for. If we cannot deliver your standard website, we refund the payment. Contact us promptly if you have a delivery or payment problem; our team will respond within 24 hours.
Before service ends, contact us to arrange a handoff of your website and content. Domain registration and third-party services remain subject to their own terms and charges.
