Website plan terms website-plans-2026-09-10-2 1. Your plan and payment Robles Consulting LLC provides one standard business website per subscription. Managed costs $15 USD per month, Managed+ costs $39 USD per month, and Autopilot costs $99 USD per month. Applicable tax is included in these totals. There is no standard setup fee, free trial or annual commitment. These plans are available to customers in the United States. Your first payment is due at checkout, before design or migration work begins. You authorize the selected monthly charge to renew automatically until you cancel. Your account shows your next billing date and paid service period. Monthly billing follows your subscription’s billing date, not a fixed 30-day interval; a shorter month uses its last available billing day. Stripe processes payment and provides a standard receipt. Your agreement consists of this terms version and the plan, price and recurring-payment consent you accept at checkout. You do not need a separate signed agreement for the standard plan. Payment must be confirmed before we start delivery. Consulting sessions, separately quoted custom work and the one-time self-hosted service use their own terms. Buying a website does not subscribe you to marketing or authorize another website purchase. 2. What every plan includes We build, recreate or finish one website of up to five public pages using supported RC Framework sections, customer-supplied text and images, one standard contact form and supported embeds. You can start fresh, replace a site from any platform, or bring an unfinished AI-built draft. We assess draft code for reuse; importing arbitrary code unchanged is not promised. All plans include RC-managed hosting, HTTPS, a responsive layout, technical framework maintenance and basic accessibility and search setup: page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and appropriate crawl settings. We include help connecting one domain, a staging preview and in-scope corrections to the initial draft. These are managed website services, not unlimited software development or a guarantee of uptime, rankings, leads or revenue. After each 12 successfully paid monthly service periods, you can request one refresh of the included pages using current supported components and styles. Use that refresh while subscribed during the next 12 paid periods; unused refreshes do not accumulate. It does not include extra pages, bespoke functionality or new copywriting. We confirm the refresh scope and provide a preview within three business days after we have the necessary content and access. You approve the preview before it goes live. Refreshes do not use Managed+ content requests or accumulate as cash credits. 3. Separate costs and custom work Domain registration and renewal, premium domains, business email and mailbox migration, paid plugins, data or APIs, advertising and third-party subscriptions are separate costs. Online stores, memberships, customer portals, bespoke applications and integrations, large migrations, extra pages and original long-form copy need a separate scope and price. We explain any additional work and its exact price before asking for your approval. We do not automatically upgrade your plan, charge an extra fee or treat a submitted brief as approval for custom work. If we cannot deliver the standard service you purchased, the refund rules below apply. 4. Your draft and delivery dates After payment, complete the short website brief in your account. A team member contacts you within 24 elapsed hours of confirmed payment, including when we still need your brief. Our target for the first draft is three business days after your brief, content and required access are complete. We show what is missing and the due date. The first-draft target is not a promise that a domain transfer or your live launch will finish in that time. Review the preview and send consolidated notes. We return in-scope initial draft corrections within 24 elapsed hours once the notes and necessary content or access are complete. RC-caused defects and these initial corrections do not use monthly content requests. Requests for a different scope need a separate agreement. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding observed United States federal holidays, in America/Chicago time. Business-day clocks count working time from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Chicago time; eight working hours count as one business day. A request received outside those hours starts its business-day clock at the next opening. A 24-hour commitment means 24 elapsed hours, including weekends and holidays. Daylight-saving changes do not extend an elapsed-hour deadline. If required customer content, access or approval is missing, we identify the missing item and pause only the work it prevents. We show the pause and, once that item arrives, the remaining working time and revised due date. Our staffing delays do not pause a promised clock. If we miss a delivery deadline, we escalate it to the service owner and contact you within 24 elapsed hours with the next step or applicable refund. 5. Managed+ content requests Managed+ and Autopilot include two small content requests per paid billing month, with one active request per website at a time. One request covers up to three related text, photo, link or opening-hours edits on one existing page using its current layout. New pages, redesigns, integrations and original long-form copy are outside this allowance. Managed does not include a monthly content-request allowance. A complete, in-scope request uses the allowance for the billing period in which you submit its instructions and content. We confirm whether it is in scope and what information is missing. An incomplete draft does not bank an allowance from an expired period. An eligible request is due within two business days after its content and access are complete and it becomes the active request. A second submitted request waits visibly until the first is finished; we show when its clock starts. We never use an internal queue to hide an active request’s deadline. Unused requests expire at the end of that paid billing period and do not roll over or become cash credits. A request submitted in time keeps its place until it is completed or you withdraw it; it does not consume another period’s allowance. Withdrawing an unstarted request restores its slot for the original period only. Initial draft corrections and RC-caused defects are handled separately. 6. Autopilot improvement cycles Autopilot includes the Managed+ allowance and one review and improvement cycle each paid billing month. The first cycle covers setup, a baseline and one prioritized recommendation. We prepare that recommendation within three business days after the required inputs and access are complete; its in-scope improvement follows approval of the initial website and the proposed change. For later cycles, we review the site, propose one scoped improvement and show its intended result. We provide the recommendation within three business days after the paid cycle starts and required inputs are available. After you approve the scope, we prepare a preview within three business days. The change uses existing pages and supported components, not new bespoke functionality. We publish only after you approve the exact preview, then provide a short report within two business days of publication. You remain in control of publication. Autopilot is a service name, not permission to edit your live site without approval. A prepared change waiting for you remains available, but a delay does not accumulate extra improvements or bank future cycles. Before renewal, we explain any work completed and inputs still needed; you can cancel future renewal. An RC-caused failure to deliver the initial website follows the renewal safeguard below. When traffic is low, we use technical, content, accessibility or usability findings. We label observations and hypotheses honestly. A controlled experiment requires suitable data and an agreed method; we do not promise a conversion lift, ranking or sales result from each cycle. 7. Domains, secure access and launch Your domain and registration stay under your control. After website payment, choose to connect an existing domain or get help buying one. An existing domain can remain with its current registrar; a transfer is not required. For a new domain, we use Cloudflare directly and show available options, the exact initial price, registration term and current annual renewal price before you approve a purchase. Registration and renewal are separate from your monthly website payment; no annual domain is included in the plan. The default is a Cloudflare account you control, using your own account recovery details and direct payment to Cloudflare. You grant RC only the access needed for agreed work and can revoke that access. Required account setup, contact information, email verification and payment steps follow website checkout. We guide you through them and show any action still needed; we do not promise that every registrar step is automatic. Registration in your name alone does not replace your access to the controlling account. If RC offers to fund or purchase a domain for you, we first agree the exact domain, total authorized amount, controlling account, your independent recovery access, who pays each renewal and whether renewal is automatic. That separate approval does not authorize other domains or unlimited spending. If a registration is still pending, we confirm its result before retrying. If RC collected money for a domain that we could not register, we return that domain payment and help you choose another option; the website payment remains subject to its own refund rules. Completed registrations follow the registrar terms disclosed before that purchase. We prepare your draft and proposed domain settings while the old site and email continue working. Saving a domain, paying, sending notes or approving a design does not by itself authorize a domain purchase or switch. We show the exact domain, intended change, preview and affected services before requesting your approval. We preserve existing email settings, verify the resulting configuration and explain recovery if a switch fails. Availability, verification, provider restrictions and propagation can affect timing; we do not promise an instant transfer. Your domain renewal choice and payer remain separate from website cancellation. Canceling RC service does not tell Cloudflare to stop renewing your domain or authorize an extra RC charge. We show the renewal details and help with a failed renewal or handoff while providing the agreed service. You can keep the domain with its registrar and arrange other hosting, or request transfer assistance. Cloudflare-registered domains use Cloudflare DNS; using another DNS provider requires a registrar transfer. A move between accounts does not automatically carry over the site or email settings, so those need a separate preservation plan. Use invitations or an agreed secure access process. Do not put passwords, payment-card details, recovery codes or private customer data in the brief, comments or ordinary email. You must have the right to share supplied content and grant access. You keep ownership of your supplied content and media; RC may use them only to deliver and support your service, unless you separately approve another use. 8. Cancellation, problems and refunds Cancel future renewal from your account’s billing controls or the linked Stripe billing portal. You do not need a call or a sales conversation to cancel. We confirm the cancellation and service-end date. If the controls are unavailable, use our contact form or email eliseo@roblesconsultingllc.com before renewal; we honor the time your cancellation request was received and refund a later charge caused by our failure to act on it. Cancellation normally keeps the paid site available through the end of its paid period and does not automatically refund that period. You may request earlier removal. We do not automatically delete your content when a payment fails or you cancel. We notify you about payment problems, provide a way to update payment details and show any proposed service-end date before suspension. If we cannot deliver the initial standard website, we refund the payments collected for that undelivered site and cancel future collection. If we cannot provide an included service in a later paid month, we resolve it with you or refund that affected month’s plan charge. We do not continue renewing a service we cannot provide. Refunds go back through the original payment method; your provider controls when they appear. For a billing or delivery problem, use the contact form or email eliseo@roblesconsultingllc.com with your order reference. Someone on our team responds within 24 elapsed hours. This is a response commitment, not a promise to resolve every issue within 24 hours. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including your payment provider’s dispute process. 9. Delayed work and future charges If an RC-caused failure to deliver the initial draft remains unresolved before the next renewal, we notify you and stop future collection before that renewal, or resolve or refund the purchase. We do not let another charge proceed simply because a delivery task is still open. Collection does not resume without an agreed recovery plan and your approval of the next charge and date. When the delay is waiting for your required inputs or approval, your subscription and included work remain available. We contact you before renewal to explain the missing items, the paid work already completed and your cancellation option. Silence does not approve a launch, extra work or a new charge outside the subscription you accepted. If you prefer to stop, use the cancellation controls; unused allowances do not become cash credits. 10. Your website, license and working export You own your domain, supplied content and media. RC retains ownership of RC Framework and its reusable software. Once we deliver your completed paid standard website, RC grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, copy and modify the RC-owned site code and required runtime supplied for that website, and to let another developer operate and maintain it for you. This includes backup, staging and replacement-hosting copies for the same website, including a change of domain. The license may pass to a new owner of that same website; it does not permit selling RC Framework as a platform or using it to create unrelated websites. Delivery means we have provided your completed standard website for your review or use; a domain transfer need not be finished first. From delivery, you can download a working package at no additional charge. It contains the site-specific source, required licensed runtime, permitted content and assets, data and deployment instructions for supported Cloudflare hosting in your own account. We identify the included revision and any third-party accounts, credentials, licenses or costs needed to run it. The standard contact form, content editing and other essential included functions have an independent operating path; you do not receive merely a shell that requires rebuilding the site. Keep a downloaded package outside RC so another developer can restore and run it without your RC login or RC Superadmin being available. While service continues, we make the latest published revision available, or the latest completed delivery before first publication. A retained package does not automatically receive changes made after you downloaded it. We show its revision and date so you can keep a current copy. Independent restoration uses your own supported hosting and required provider accounts; this does not promise that every arbitrary hosting provider is compatible. The per-site license has no twelve-month waiting period, exit fee or ongoing RC license payment. Ordinary cancellation, failed subscription renewal or a refund for an undelivered later service does not revoke an already granted license or expire a retained package. If the initial website was never completed and delivered, a refund does not create a license to unfinished internal software. We do not make a refund for our failure to provide service conditional on surrendering already granted rights. Future RC updates, hosting, monitoring, managed improvement cycles and support are separate services and do not continue free after cancellation. Third-party software, fonts, media and services retain their own licenses. We include the applicable notices and identify any separate account, payment or permission you need. We grant only rights RC is entitled to grant, and agree an allowed substitute before delivery if a restriction would prevent the promised independent standard functionality. Exports exclude passwords, secret keys, other customers’ data and RC fleet administration. Separately purchased custom work or integrations have their own disclosed scope and handoff rights. When service ends, your account shows the end date and a download deadline 30 elapsed days later. You may download the working package during that window or request it from support. We provide a requested export within three business days after verifying your identity and ownership. A request received within the window keeps the export available until we fulfill it, even if the deadline passes while we are handling it. The deadline limits RC download availability, not your perpetual license or a copy you already retained. Invoices and accepted terms follow their separate retention rules. Optional migration labor is separately quoted before you agree to it. You do not need to purchase the separate $599 self-hosted service to export a delivered subscription website. That service buys standard site creation, deployment in your account and assisted handoff with its stated warranty and update access under its own terms. It is not a fee to retrieve your content or unlock the per-site license. After the download window and any pending timely request, we review RC working copies and access for removal under our Privacy Policy. Required financial records, documented legal holds and applicable backups can remain; we do not promise immediate erasure of every record. Domain registration, your retained package and its license remain separate from removal of RC working copies. 11. Plan and terms changes A requested upgrade starts only after we show you the exact immediate prorated total and next recurring price, you accept them, and payment is confirmed. A downgrade takes effect at the next paid period; we show the new allowances and price before you confirm. A change uses your existing subscription, not a second one. Separately scoped services require separate approval. The version you accept remains available and governs that purchase. Updating this website does not rewrite your acceptance. Before increasing an existing recurring price or materially reducing included service, we give at least 30 days’ notice and obtain your agreement. If you do not agree, we arrange cancellation before the proposed change takes effect and preserve the applicable export window. More protective requirements under applicable law still apply. 12. Records and help We retain the accepted terms version, its content fingerprint, your plan and price, your recurring-payment consent and payment evidence so you can review what you bought. Payment, tax, dispute and other required records follow the retention periods in our Privacy Policy. We limit access to private materials and do not treat buying or asking for support as marketing consent. These website-plan terms govern the paid standard service and take priority over general website-use wording for that service. Contact Robles Consulting through the contact form or eliseo@roblesconsultingllc.com for help, cancellation recovery or access to your agreement. You can read the terms without an account, save a copy and keep the version linked to your order.
